The Four Alls, Welford on Avon, Warwickshire, Restaurant Review

A 'perfect setting on the banks of the River Avon' adds to the pleasure of visiting this wonderfully friendly pub.

Inside, it has been given a continental flavour, with light colours, cool fabrics, stylish contemporary furniture and modern art on the walls, plus a menu of vibrant brasserie-style food.

To begin, try salmon gravlax with horseradish cream and confit lemon, ahead of char-grilled swordfish with wild mushroom linguine and herb dressing or prime ribeye steak 'cooked to perfection.' There's also a decent choice of healthy salads and puff-pastry pizzas, in addition to desserts ranging from citrus tart with crme frache to iced praline and coconut parfait with chocolate sauce.
