A painting by local artist Kevin Parrish of the historic Court House building is a gift to Warwick, commemorating 1100 years since the establishment of the town.
The artwork was commissioned by the Mayor of Warwick and celebrates The Court House’s restoration, completed earlier this year. It also commemorates 1100 years since Warwick town was established.
The unveiling of the painting took place at the grand re-opening of the building on September 19.
To raise funds for the Mayors 1100 charity fund a limited edition of 110 framed canvas prints, signed and numbered by the artist, are being produced; anyone interested in acquiring a print should contact the Mayors secretary by email: email@example.com email.
More of Kevin Parrish’s work can be seen at the Mitchell Gallery in Church Street, where his Warwick Collection - a number of monochromatic paintings of landmarks around the town - is currently being exhibited.
