A classic Greek salad including juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, olives and feta cheese combined with a honey yogurt and mint dressing - true sunshine food!
1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the yogurt.
2.In another small bowl take the yogurt, mint, oil and pepper and mix well. Pour over the salad ingredients and toss together. Serve immediately with warm pitta breads.
Tip: Why not make the pitta breads into croutons for extra crunch?
